We are currently seeking a Sales Development Rep to join our growing team! This individual will be dedicated to driving sales and providing excellent client relations. The main job's for this role are inbound and outbound sales prospecting. The qualified candidate will be highly organized, maintain sharp attention to detail, and portray the company mission and values.

Timely and professional client relations are a priority at Sandbox Software, so we are looking for someone who will be responsible for the effective acquiring and maintaining of new client leads who will also reach out to potential customers who have never engaged with our company's product or solution. Responsibilities:

  • Receive, review and respond to all inbound leads in a professional and timely manner
  • Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails
  • Present our company to potential prospects
  • Be knowledgeable in all services offered by Sandbox
  • Utilize phone and email to reach out to leads
  • Product demonstrations
  • Preparing sales proposals
  • Follow up on sales activities in a timely, organized manner
  • Produce monthly and quarterly reports on sales activity
  • Assist marketing on sales campaigns
  • Provide feedback on refining the sales process

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience required
  • Completion of a post-secondary degree or comparable experience
  • Passion for building a successful career in Sales
  • Previous experience working with software required
  • Exceptional communication skills: verbal, written, listening and comprehension
  • Previous experience in SaaS is an asset
