Customer Support Specialist

We are looking to hire a customer support specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work with our team to provide support and online training for our child care customers. They will also work diligently to ensure that excellent customer service is provided to maintain high customer satisfaction and will communicate in a professional and friendly manner. They will have strong problem solving skills and will carry out their responsibilities consistently, accurately, timely and efficiently for the company. The position includes opportunities within the company for growth and career advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for customers by phone and email by answering their questions and helping them resolve their issues in a timely manner
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure of issues
  • Provide web training for new and existing clients
  • Develop training and support documentation as required
  • Evaluate client feedback to help refine quality improvement processes
  • Assist in data entry as required
  • Communicate finding of any bugs of issues with development team

Requirements:

  • College of University graduate
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting ability
  • Motivated and self-driven
  • Tech savvy and able to learn technology quickly
  • Previous experience supporting web-based software preferred but not required
