Sandbox Year in Review - 2017

As the year of 2017 comes to a close, we want to extend a special thanks all our loyal Sandbox customers for another amazing year!

This past year has included some of our biggest updates ever. Among the many product enhancements and updates that we’ve made to Sandbox this year, some the of the most notable include our re-designed Timeclock, Sandbox Payments and our Sandbox Teacher App. We have grown our team significantly over the past year, and are working hard on some exciting new modules and features to be released in 2018, with the first being our brand new Parent App for iOS and Android devices.

Here is a quick summary of the major updates we made over the past year.

Re-designed Timeclock

The Sandbox Timeclock has become one of our most popular features. It’s main focus is to simplify the sign in/out process of children and staff at the center, and our re-design has provided a smoother experience for parents and staff with a cleaner, easier to use interface and new features such as picture verification, enhanced timeclock notes, and the addition of new staff notes functionality.

Sandbox Payments

A highly requested feature from many centers and parents, our new online payments functionality has been a huge hit as makes it easier for our clients to accept payments. We have heard feedback from many of our Sandbox users who are pleased to experience that they are getting paid faster and spending less time chasing parents for payment.

Sandbox Teacher App

Our most recent release and possibly the most exciting update this year was the Sandbox Teacher App. The Teacher App is available as a free download for all of our customers on both iOS and Android devices, and it’s bringing Sandbox into the classroom for your child care staff. The Teacher App makes it easier for staff to complete their daily tasks such as attendance tracking, daily logs, sharing photos and updates with parents and much more.
